Parking – (also, read our latest CQC Inspection Report)

Our parking area is reserved for patients, but it soon fills up, and you should not assume that there will be always be space available. There is now a useful one-hour free parking zone on our road, but allow yourself a few minutes to find a place to park.

The CQC inspected us recently, – copy and paste this link if you would like to read their report –

We are proud of the resulting independent report from the Care Quality Commission, who left saying some very positive things about what they found here.

Our surgery was built from scratch in 2001. Despite it’s quite traditional exterior appearance, it is an eco-friendly, low energy timber-frame building, and it was designed by Stephen Pearce himself – there was no traditional architect involved.

It is well insulated and it is efficiently maintained by underfloor storage heating. With the inevitable use of autoclaves/sterilisers/water distillers,  we cannot claim that we are saving the planet on a day-to-day basis, but we try our best!
